To be legally married in Australia, there are only a few essential steps needed when you begin planning your South West Elopement and Wedding Day with Effortlessly Wed.
When you elope with us, these are all guided and taken care of for you with our comprehensive, automated system (crm) that has been carefully formulated to ensure it is an effortless experience for you.
Nikki has passionately built her celebrancy business and made improvements for couples wedding planning for over 7 years in the celebrancy and wedding industry, and you can take a load off knowing your legal documents are completed perfectly for the BDM office as they are all her responsibility, including meeting the cut off dates and deadlines.
You’ll need to complete a Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) Which is your first legal document required to complete together with showing 100 points of ID and then sign it in front of her either online or in person (or a nominated authorised witness) and then it is lodged when she has it in her possession signed. This must be done at least one calendar month prior to your wedding day. Nikki will send this to you, explain it clearly, and arrange a time for you to sign it so she can witness your signatures and lodge it correctly.
